Hey Kathryn, i just read an artical on deeperblue about you! Congrates on your new record. I have been training for about 10mths now after completing my first AIDA course last year under Emma Farrell. I train mainly in static and Dynamic. I would love to stay in touch with you to answer all those questions as i progress. I have been speaking with Ben Noble and finally got to meet him in London before he set of on his travels.
Anyway enough rambling from me, well done!!
I am very impressed!
but I cannot make out on the flick of film what kind of stroke you use.... When I swim under water (100 metres) I use a kind of breaststroke, but with longer strokes of my armas and sometimes a bit of undulation of my legs in between... Very slowly though.. I sometimes do a competition with a good friend who is the slowest to the other side of the pool...
Cannot wait for a reaction, hope to hear from you, Rik http://www.captkrik.nl (in Dutch I'm afraid...)
That's so cool. SO COOL!
